The energy of radiation in thermal equilibrium within an enclosure (“black-body” radiation) depends only on the volume and on the wall temperature T . It is also known that the pressure of the radiation is one-third the energy density. Show that the energy density u = U/V and entropy density s = S/V of the radiation are given by:
